We are looking for a ServiceNow developer who wants to work closely with the business to further develop and manage platform solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to understand needs, translate them into requirements, and deliver solutions that create clear value for the organization. The assignment covers the entire chain from requirements and prioritization to testing, deployment, and management.

• Engage in dialogue with stakeholders and users to capture business needs
• Develop specifications based on identified needs
• Develop and configure solutions in ServiceNow based on business requirements
• Create documentation for prioritizing work
• Communicate status and progress to relevant stakeholders
• Test and verify that the solution meets specified requirements
• Deploy new solutions
• Manage and further develop existing solutions

• Several years of experience in software development and management
• Experience with ServiceNow and its modules
• Experience with GlideScript/JavaScript
• Experience with HTML/CSS/Angular
• Experience with Flow Designer/Workflow Engine
• Experience with UI Builder and data management

• Experience in ServiceNow development in both standard products and customized solutions (custom apps)
• Good understanding of ITSM/ITOP processes
• Experience using ServiceNow for process improvements outside of ITSM (e.g., HR, security, finance & accounting)
• Experience with integrations (standard and custom APIs)
• Experience managing smaller development initiatives
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
